Chef Michael DeLone’s Chef’s Table is an intimate six-course dining experience for 4 to 12 guests, served at a private table located within the heart of our working kitchen.

Each menu is created by Chef Michael and prepared specifically for your table, featuring seasonal ingredients, off-menu dishes, unexpected flavors, and thoughtful pairings. No two Chef’s Table experiences are exactly alike.
