Chef Michael DeLone’s Chef’s Table is an intimate five-course dining experience for 4 to 12 guests, served at a private table located within the heart of our working kitchen.

Each menu is created by Chef Michael and prepared specifically for your table, featuring seasonal ingredients, off-menu dishes, unexpected flavors, and thoughtful pairings. No two Chef’s Table experiences are exactly alike.

Your personal server attends to the table throughout the evening while you enjoy a front-row seat to the energy, creativity, and craftsmanship of the kitchen.
